“That’s not going to fall over!” is what veteran and experienced licensed builder and designer DAVEY BRIGGS hears regularly. Known as an ‘over-builder’, he sources the best quality materials to assemble and build his top-of-the-range modules.
In his workshop in Kerikeri he spends his days doing what he enjoys most: Being creative and contributing to a market that needs more affordable homes without compromising on quality and standard of life.
Together with his work mate Chris, they listen to their favourite 80s radio station, belt out in an out-of-tune manner and skillfully practice their craft.
Davey’s timely venture aligns nicely with the growing trend of living smaller, producing a lower carbon footprint and dwelling in affordable homes around the country.
